Papercut – XY Theatre 503

Papercut Theatre is offering one writer an exciting opportunity to have their work performed as part of the short play event ‘XY’ Theatre 503.

The remit is simple, write a short play no more than fifteen minutes in length on any subject, any genre. The only limitation is that you cannot specify a gender for any of your characters.

One entry will be selected. The writer will then have their work mentored and developed by Papercut Theatre’s experienced dramaturgical team and have their work staged at the award-winning Theatre 503. Please note – winning entries will have their work staged twice at the event by two different directors in potentially contrasting styles.

The short plays will be read anonymously. To help facilitate this please include all your personal details in your cover email, and take your name off the play itself.

To submit please email a copy of your script to literary@papercuttheatre.co.uk
