*~##%&**!!!

I think WordPress hates me. It’s crashing, freezing, telling me to reload and hiding my spam. I managed to get on today and found 100 messages so if anyone out there needs their vagina tightening, their penis enlarging or a way to get their ex back I can point you in the direction of some very handy websites!

Tomorrow is a good day because, as of 1.30, I will be on holiday for 5 weeks.

Yaaaaay!

With the kids.

Oh!

Just kidding. Mostly.

But hopefully I’ll have time to finish my radio play for Sir which is due in last week (oops) and then get redrafting my children’s book.

I’ve also managed to put lots of new stuff in August like Old Vic New Voices, the Yale Drama Series writing competition and Goblin Baby want a children’s play. If you’re aged 18 to 25 Tricycle Theatre might want you if you can get your application in by 31st July. Sorry about short notice but you’re young and fit so you should be able to manage.

If you didn’t see them here are Mark Ravenhill’s Top Ten Tips for Scripts. And Papercut Theatre are offering a script reading service which starts at £15.

I’ll try to keep up to date with this, but forgive me if I don’t because there’ll be camping, swimming, picnicking, sleeping, eating, drinking and playing to be done.

Happy summer and happy writing all. X
